We would like to thank you for organising the two separate tours of your lovely city with such short notice. We got to see what most people talk about, or you know of by media coverage, especially as this was our first visit. Touring both the Old and New Parliaments has a good casual feel rather than being hectic if the politicians were about. The War Memorial, what else could you say but absolutely fantastic and a credit to all those involved. You could spend days there taking it all in. Lanyon Homestead was a delight and so glad we visited. Nice Cuppa as well. We would like to express our biggest thanks to guide Lynne as she was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. Lynne has a very good knowledge of the Canberra region as a lot of detail on the places we visited when explained, gave us a better understanding of the connection and relevance to what it was all about. Sometimes that is missed. Once again thank you very much, we would have no hesitation in recommending your services.

Thank you for the extremely interesting and informative tour today. Jeff and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were so glad we did it. It was lovely to be able to look out the windows and not worry about whether we were going in the right direction or not. We were able to drive through the Duntroon Military Base, something we would never have done on our own as we thought it would be inaccessible to the public. You gave us so many snippets of information which we would never have known about and probably would never have bothered to find out about. The friends who questioned our decision to visit Canberra were certainly very wrong when they said Canberra was boring. It has certainly been one of the most interesting cities we have been to in Australia. We would never have been able to accomplish all this touring in one day had we attempted this on our own.

We are deeply indebted to you on so many levels, your constant care and support, inexhaustable energy to drive, explain, find wheelchairs, push them, your knowledge which you shared with us as we visited so many interesting places, the careful planning which avoided unnecessary waste of time and delightful sense of humour. We were constantly impressed and amused at the rapport between you and so many of the employees at the attractions, and other guides in Canberra. So many highlights, too many to mention, but a special thank you for taking us to the Library to see Capt. Cook’s desk and diary, and up to the roof of Parliament House. We are already using and enjoying our mementos and will wear the Blue Bell badges with smiles to trigger many memories you have given us. We will remember with great affection.

We have returned home from our tour of Australia. Everything worked out perfect after our visit in Canberra, so now we are sitting in our home with lots of excellent memories. The view from Mt Ainslie, all those Embassies, the Koala eating and having a shower at the same time, and the visit to Lanyon Homestead and Space Centre, are all moments that we have nailed forever in our heads. Perhaps we will visit our Travel Agency in Gothenburg just to inform them of our trip and at that opportunity we will tell them that Canberra is well worth a visit and that there is Canberra Guided Tours available for service. Many warm hugs from Sweden!

Safely home in Port Lincoln but ever so grateful for your help in seeing such beautiful scenery. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking us around. Tulip Tops lived the dream. We loved Cockington Green and Lanyon. Guide Julie gave us an unforgettable day. We continued on and saw Old Parliament House, the lovely Doll Display, Botanical Gardens, and the PS Enterprise which my old Dad skippered on the Murray. From Dianne and I, a big, big, thank you on our special holiday.

I am writing this message to say thank you very much for touring my friends from Japan. Kiku, Kazu and Mona attended your Tidbinbilla guided tour on Monday. When they came back, they were excited and delighted that they had a wonderful tour which is largely derived from your (which I guess) wonderful personality.
